At myNASAstore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your mission gear. If your apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the mission-ready condition is maintained.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a notification once your refund or exchange has been processed at mission control.
